1. If you are inquiring about scheduling Natalie for your event, please use the booking request form on the Booking page.
2. If you are inquiring about Natalie’s medical treatment, please visit Natalie’s Medical Treatment page to ensure that the information you are seeking hasn’t already been provided. Natalie regrets that she is unable to respond via telephone to requests for medical treatment information or to discuss her treatment history. If you have a specific question that is not answered on the Medical Treatment page, please submit the question below. We will do our best to provide you with an answer. Please do not send forwarded messages, jokes or pictures.
3. If you are inquiring about a photo used on a post, please note that most all photos used on posts were purchased online from either Lightstock or iStock. Occasionally photos have been purchased from Shutterstock. If you would like to use a photo that you have seen on the site, please obtain the photo from a stock photo site.
